S . shifts a corrective lens as you shoot to help eliminate the effects of hand shake, so you get clear, sharp shots even at high zoom levels. It's an essential feature for getting the most out of this incredible zoom lens. With the S26, you can use the iA function whether you're shooting in motion or still images. In iA mode the camera detects the shooting situation and automatically activates whichever functions - such as Advanced O.I.S., Face Detection, and Intelligent Scene Selector - will deliver the optimal results. Forget about bothersome settings during important scenes and trust iA to give you the optimal shots. Anyone can enjoy easy, video uploading! Step 1: Shoot. YouTube limits videos to 10 minutes. Its wonderful to be able to have good individual shots and the video recordings are excellent. Good picture quality and zoom at 70x works well.

I've used this several times since receiving it for Christmas. My first disappointment was finding that it had no input for external mic, which means you have to be right on the subject to get any decent audio. Although it does record in low light situations, the quality is dark and fuzzy. The 70 X zoom only works if it's on a tripod, and the Zoom control is in the way when you're holding the camera with your right hand in the strap.I had to consciously control my finger to keep from hitting the zoom control. All that said, it's a handy little cam to carry around, and it shoots in 16X9 aspect. It uses usb to transfer video or pictures to PC, and recarges internally. It uses VideoCam Suite 2.0 to upload, organize and edit.

The video is of excellent quality. The zoon is very clear. The photos are not very good. The battery life is relatively good. for the price is the best option.
